Graduating students of 2025 are hereby notified as follows:
The graduation fee is K1,000 (payable whether one attends the graduation ceremony or not). This fee allows a graduate to use our gown during the ceremony and return it thereafter. Those who want to permanently keep the gown will need to top by K800, thereby paying a total of K1,800.
In addition to paying the K1000 graduation fee, those who will not attend the graduation ceremony will also be charged a K400 for being absent.

The last day of colleting gowns is Wed 3rd September 2025. Gowns can be collected from the Stores office upon presenting the GRZ receipts for the graduation fee.
